By requesting to attend FSW you are agreeing to the following:
The term “FSW” shall be used to refer to “Furry Ski Weekend”
I attest to the fact that I am at least 21 years of age, or will be by the time I attend any FSW event.
I am aware that outdoor recreational activities, including, but not limited to, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and ice skating, can be hazardous. I therefore assume all risks of injury, loss of life, and damage to persons and property during such activities, fully realizing that FSW Coordinators, their agents, employees, successors and assigns are held harmless from all liabilities, claims, demands, costs, losses, expenses or compensation of whatever nature for loss, damage or injuries to persons and property sustained by me, my heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns and all other persons, resulting from participation in any such activities above including any indirectly caused or contributed injury, loss of life, loss of property, or damage to persons or property arising from the negligent acts, gross negligence or recklessness of people other than the parties delineated above.
Furthermore, I assume all risk of injury, illness, loss of life, and damage to person or property arising from all activities and events, formal and informal, occurring on properties leased or rented by FSW Coordinators their agents, employees, successors and assigns for the purposes of “Furry Ski Weekend” and release the above parties from all liabilities, claims, demands, costs, losses, expenses or compensation of whatever nature for loss, damage or injuries to persons and property including any indirectly caused or contributed to injury, loss of life or damage to persons or property arising from the negligent acts, gross negligence, or recklessness of others.
I further agree to reimburse FSW Coordinators, their agents, employees, successors and assigns for all court costs and attorney fees in defending an action arising from matters associated with FSW.
The term “shared use rights” shall be interpreted as allowing both parties to use, post, sell, reuse, repost, and distribute the referred to item.
I further agree that the FSW Coordinators, their agents, employees, successors and assigns have full shared rights and may use any photographs and video taken of me, in and out of fursuit, during the event for promotional purposes, posting on social media, merchandise, or any other medium or purpose as it relates to FSW and the FSW Coordinators. Additionally, I grant the FSW Coordinators shared use rights for all photographs and video I take during FSW of any FSW attendees and FSW facilities.
I further agree that should the date of allowed refunds come to pass and I haven’t notified the FSW Coordinators of my inability to attend, I will forfeit any and all money that I have paid unless I can find a replacement of equal or greater value.
I further agree that my registration may be revoked, without compensation, at any time and asked to leave any and all FSW premises and events should I violate any of the posted rules contained herein or on www.furryskiweekend.com, or if I misrepresent any information about myself in profiles, questionnaires, communication, or in person.
I further attest to having read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined on the website, current and future, with notification of changes being emailed or otherwise disseminated to users.
I further agree to all rules of conduct, current and future, as outlined in the “About” section, and understand that these may be updated at any time.
The names of the “FSW Coordinators” will be provided upon legal inquiry.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
